Good place to start, coworkers\supervisors at this customer site are excellent.

Cons

You will never make more than entry level pay as a tech. Been with the company 7 years, never got a raise > 2.5%, which usually doesn't even cover healthcare increases. Constantly hear "We wouldn't be here without you guys." from upper management, but they sure as hell don't show it.

Not sure what to say here, I didn't get fired and received a paycheck every pay period. Seems others at the company in other programs didn't have same experience. May have just been the management on this certain contract.

Cons

There were no advancement opportunities and the manager on the contract where I was located was poor. They always wanted more for nothing and never even a pat on the back. Also when I was employed there, we got paycuts, bonuses taken away, and they stopped paying for any kind of certifications (training was on you anyway). No way to grow unless you were completely self contained and
