Pros

Work life balance is amazing. You can work any shift. Managers are understanding for the most part. The people are awesome and the pay is alright.

Cons

I have been working on this account for over two years now and the communication between shifts has become nonexistent. It is extremely difficult to get any feedback from the desk manager. It's even harder to get a response. I can only speak from my account, but it seems like all the promotions were awarded even before the interview process began.

Cons

Awful structure, training, and pay. There is nothing good about this company. Do not contract with Pomeroy. It's a dead end.

Good co-workers and that's it.

Cons

From the direct supervisors to executive management they are lying incompetent cowards. Extremely low pay. The worst benefits you could ever find especially health. Management does not recognize lower level employees for doing most of the work. Lots of self-congratulating for upper employees. At the first opportunity they will throw you under the bus. For a tech company they are very far behind the times and their business structure is stuck in the 1970's. They break numerous laws when it comes to paying employees. They don't value employees and only care about making a dime. The worst IT company out there.
