They pay you...when they have money.
Cons
Zero leadership. No communication from management. there are people who haven't had an annual review or salary increase in 9 years. All of their administrative staff were laid off with little or no notice. When one assignment was completed, there wasn't another assignment to follow for weeks at a time.
