Pros

The office manager of the behavioral health program in York was absolutely wonderful, he genuinely cared about the success of the employees. The supervisors who ran the weekly supervision meetings were also amazing. The job itself can be extremely rewarding.

Cons

The only problems I ever experienced at this company were technical, and the supervisors helped me work through them. These had to do with finding clients to match my difficult schedule. The travel can also be a lot depending on where you are located and where your clients are located.
