Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the flexibility of the TSS role, and the support you received. The year 2020 was challenging for all, and unfortunately our BHRS program was impacted the most. We are grateful for our employees dedication to consumers despite how the pandemic impacted the services they provided. Thanks again

Pros

TW outlines everything & creates a clear path towards employment & employees success. Most of my co-workers I've met have been very pleasant, supportive & knowledgeable. It has been relatively easy to access resources or supplies needed to complete my daily responsibilities. It's evident how passionate the TW employees are about their position, it shows in the clients appreciation & growth.

Cons

There are a lot of resources out there & it seems TW could be funding more opportunities for SUD & MH programs/staffing. There will never be a shortage in the need for these two health categories.
