I love it, but can have its ups and downs

Pros

Management at the Carlisle location is wonderful. They are always there to help you in any way you need and if they have the answer to it. Weekly meetings with coworkers are a way to get advice for client cases. Working with the clients can be very rewarding

Cons

Sometimes the drive is not ideal, but you still get paid for that. Sometimes working with the caregivers are the hardest part of the job.
