Pros

Lots of training opportunities, supervision for licensure, ability to make own schedule, work culture/attitude with support staff and coworkers are positive and supportive.

Cons

compensation/pay is minimal and unfair for counselors working long hours doing nonbillable services and only being compensated for billable hours at highest rate of pay. Nonbillable services and training hours are compensated at different rates of pay. Also paperwork is literally in paper form and plentiful so therapists are left spending extra hours to complete it.

Thank you for the feedback. We are committed to providing a fair and supportive environment for all our employees, so we are disappointed to hear about some of your responses. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but as you probably know now, we are in the process of implementing an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, and hope to have it go live by the end of 2019. Thanks again.

Pros

Great beginner level experience for new grads with no financial or family responsibilities.

Cons

Compensation is low. It takes six months before you are even considered for full-time. The work can be challenging at times. Too much paperwork, low modernization. Expect to put your own money and time into this job. Low compensation for mileage, required paperwork and training. Zero reimbursement for parking at main offices where trainings are required.

Pros

The staff is amazing and are very helpful. This includes Supervisors, Doctors, Clinicians and Co-workers from one facility to the next. Every job has that one employee that might not be the greatest but good overcomes the bad! Very flexible schedule and understanding to an employees life situation. PTO, Paid Holidays and off on weekends. Pay is reasonable for this position, in particular, can't complain on my part!

Cons

Wish the benefits were better. A little too expensive for the middle class which most of the employees are beside the M, D's and therapist. Wish the company would spend a little more money and effort for certain facilities to look presentable. They did listen to one concern in particular, but office looks run down and sometimes depressing. Wish all offices can look just as presentable as the corporate office.
