Open workspace and company gives you snacks

Cons

Company wide meetings always talk about the same issues and no solution with high employee turnover. Upper management does not care about lower level employees and only looks out for each other and doesnt even hire others to avoid rocking the boat. Only hire those with visas dont your waste time
