Small, fast-growing company, with very open management and culture. Very learning and teaching oriented culture from Senior Management on down. Daily and weekly job skills training in virtually every department. Cool business paradigm shift in search marketing service model. National in scope, two-year Inc 500 winner, solid career opportunity for creative hard workers, and a good service value to end-user clients. I love working at Pop Labs.
Cons
If you want a place to sit back, ride the benefits and not really work... the management at Pop Labs will smell you out, advise you, train / re-train you, and if that doesn't work... you will be replaced with someone who wants to work in a fun, fast-growth environment (i.e. no lazy or incompetent people allowed).
