Pros

I enjoy doing laundry and now I have found the best company, Poplin to independently work. My Poplin experience has been great. When I started in May 2023 a few months ago I started as a starter badge and now I'm almost at the gold badge. I have moved up quite quickly and now I have several preferred customers. I'm growing my business with Poplin every day.

Cons

The only problem but not a huge problem is that communication is only through texting, chatting, and email. There's no phone number to call and talk to a person directly.

I've only been working for Poplin for a month, but I absolutely love it so far! The customers have been nice, customer service/concierge agents have been very helpful, and I've already made it to #54 for my state on the leader board! Very pleased with this side gig. It's perfect for this stay-at-home mama!

Cons

I am allergic to cats and some dogs, and several orders have animal hair all on them. I wish we could see which customers have inside cats/dogs before accepting orders.

I am one of those strange souls who actually enjoy doing laundry…so this gig is perfect for me. To be clear, this is NOT a get rich quick scheme! But it allows me to earn some money while sticking to my own schedule, working when and where I am able, and still leaves me free to attend all my daughter's activities. I've earned the trust of a few regulars now and have enjoyed my time with Poplin thus far! I'm gold and growing!

Cons

Hit or miss to start Takes time to grow Not gonna get rich quick unless you handle a steady, heavy volume of orders.
