Pros
What a fantastic service to offer busy people! Some people just hate laundry and view it as a chore, I personally LOVE to do laundry and take GREAT PRIDE in my work. I feel very accomplished when I deliver clean, fresh, carefully laundered and folded laundry on my customer's doorstep! I even like packaging it up beautifully with ribbons and handwritten thank you notes.
Cons
There are no words to describe my frustration this week when someone complained about me and said I was "late" charging me several points off my record. I was NOT LATE. No one let me know, I just saw it on the review??? I was so frustrated because as a brand new Sudster they only give you "3 chats" for the first MONTH, WHAT??? That's when you need it most, it took me 3 tries to connect with India on the chat for my first question on my first order... thus, I have "no chats" left. I am so very frustrated. There is not even an email provided for communication. And I am financially in the whole after 3 weeks. I end up making less than $10 hr, and minimum wage in San Jose, CA is $15.45, especially after buying special detergent, packing bags, ribbons, thank you notes, not to mention we have a water shortage here and I don't even want to see the gas & electric bill .... I HONESTLY love doing this laundry service, I just have to figure out how those YouTube videos they show us of people saying they have made $1,000 week do it? Hard for me to believe, but I am still hoping :-)
