One of the cons would have to be the messaging system for assistance and questions. I, for example, am having issues seeing the order details so I was needing to ask for help a lot. I think more or unlimited messaging should be available. I have not really had too much of a hard time, however, the open jobs are very competitive and get taken quickly. Hopefully the volume of orders will increase over time. Lastly, I was hoping Sunshare would provide us with social media templates or let us know what we can and cannot post online. A lot of people in my area don’t know about this app so when I started telling people, I had someone reach as a first time customer but she was unable to list me as a preferred Sudster and I wasn’t sure how to help her. Someone else got her order and I was disappointed. Overall, help with how we can promote ourselves or even competitions/challenges with referrals would be awesome.

Downside of working for SudShare is customers needs are unpredictable of course. You don't always know if your going to have a customer every day. Sometimes its tough having to drive 30+ minutes for $20 or so, especially here in California.
