Pros

Very convenient and easy to pick up orders. If something is wrong the support team gets back to you very quickly.

Cons

Not knowing the exact address before accepting.

Pros

It's easy work. I get to be home with my kids while earning money, which is why I signed up. I got a repeat customer on just my second order. Money isn't too bad either. #S3319956

Cons

They have some crazy rules that makes it unappealing. For example, you have to respond to every message, no matter what. Even if the customer ends the conversation, you have to be annoying and respond back until the customer stops responding. You can't cancel orders. And they're crazy about pickup and drop-off pictures.
