Loved my time working with the team here. The culture is filled with innovative and creative people. The office enables people to take control of how they want to shape their career.

Cons

It can occasionally be sink or swim. Because the culture is so entrepreneurial, if you're not willing to advocate for yourself its easy to get lost.

Cons

projects are somewhat stale, alot of the work becomes formulaic and the designs are often derivative across the office
