They create some amazing venues around the world.

Cons

Since they build entertainment and sports venues, they were affected by the pandemic. Budget cuts, a hiring freeze, and two rounds of layoffs. Employees are overworked. Certain positions are completely overlooked. They just want to bring in young, inexpensive staff and don't recognize and appreciate knowledgeable, experienced employees. Definitely male-dominated industry, lots of politics, some market leaders treated department poorly, and the one female principal-in-charge architect treats other women horribly. High turnover in certain departments, especially Marketing.
