Great clients and high profile work. Leading design firm in Sports Architecture.

Cons

Grab your bourbon and cigars for the old boys club. There's zero diversity in upper management and the firm as a whole. The company does not address diversity and equity issues within the firm which is a major red flag. The Denver office is severely mismanaged and currently ONLY has white male architects staffed in the architecture studio. Employees are severely underpaid and the gender wage gape is an unfortunate reality.
