Pros

Supportive Senior Management and there's a feeling of family environment in US locations. They hire good people - I had a supportive and intelligent direct manager, I enjoyed working with my team and learned a lot about sports architecture as also got a chance to learn a little about business and project management.

Cons

There is no specific career track which diminishes employees' enthusiasm about the company. Company seemed a little cheap on the Health Insurance tier provided, quite a few things were not covered.

The hours can become long towards important deadlines, and within my department leadership was convoluted at best
