      Decent work place office space. Centrally located in the city right off the highway.

      Cons

      Power struggles High turnover Managers seem to think this is their fathers company. No career growth No direction in strategy or tech.

      A few really nice people....but definitely the minority

      Cons

      Complete over haul of people like they were just a number. Not interested in making you better...will use you up and toss you out. Expected overtime and weekend work...no work life balance. The constant disrespect and authoritarian type management. Old technology, old mindset, old building....mis matched monitors to start off with....trust me you can do better than work here

      - Good 401K match - Friendly Co-workers

      Cons

      - Projects move too slowly. You have to wait for months to get anything approved. - Lots of politics and favoritism. - Too many organizational changes. - Firing good people in the name of the Financial Crisis, however hiring new people after that. - CEO sets an unachievable deadline for a project and doesn't make sound decisions.
