      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, great atmosphere, one of a kind culture to be in... not to mention how well they take care of their own!

      Cons

      Processes here are on a trial and error basis until we get a solid one down, which takes some time.

      Culture to Die for

      Pros

      Amazing culture and not just saying it. We talk the talk and walk the walk! Rare and outstanding benefits (health, days off, etc), non micromanaged teams, easy going managers, an environment that really wants to get to know YOU. So much to rant and rave about! I love it here! Everyone has everyone elses best interests in mind (:

      Cons

      Working remote to different offices may cause you to work overtime and work from home, teams are moved around and are in the middle of being realigned, but will be better once set in stone.
