      Pros

      Their culture is great--you aren't afraid to speak up and have healthy conflict, regardless of where you are on the "corporate ladder." In fact, speaking up is encouraged.

      Wages are lower than what you'd like.

      Pros

      The pay is decent for the job at hand.

      Cons

      You will be working for a client, and whatever the wants they get. This company will not give you any warning if you're doing a good or bad job they will just fire you if the client wants you fired. Health insurance is extremely expensive which is why the pay needs to be at what it is.
