      Pros

      Populus Group is a great place to work from day one. I have been with the company for many years, across different departments, roles and life changes. The atmosphere and culture continues to be consistent in supporting my growth and family along the way. I am challenged to continue to grow and push myself outside of my comfort zone. I have been supported with balancing work and family. I have fostered lifelong friendships and network of people that will continue to push me to better each and everyday. I couldn't imagine working at another company in the future. We have a really great thing going on here that is unlike any other.

      Cons

      For me personally, our office in Troy, MI is far from where I live and the drive can be taunting but with the alternative work schedule it makes it a bit easier.

      Pros

      Populus Group is unlike any company I've worked for in the past. PG listens to and values the feedback of it's front-line employees. There is a ton of opportunity within PG if you're willing to put in the work. Aside from that, PG has some really cool perks like the "Treat Yo Self" fund, plentiful PTO, and a family first mentality.

      Cons

      Populus Group has expectations that you will speak from the heart, work hard, and take initiative. If that's not the type of place you thrive in, this environment will not be for you.
