Pros
I was paid and there was $500 / year for individual courses I wanted to take.
Cons
Despite job description being the exact same, I was appalled to learn that my pay was about $30,000/year less than someone with the same title and duties. On at least three occasions, my pay was not paid at all or was inaccurate. Anecdotally, this occurred amongst my peers as well. Benefits were poor.
