      Knowledgeable staff and easy to work with! They will support you in every step of the way and in timely fashion.

      Cons

      Very paltry vacation days and 401K is not matched at this time.

      Pros

      Great Culture, but it isn't for everyone. Free coffee, treat yo' self account, work hard play hard environment.

      Cons

      The technology is old, but it is getting worked on. Leadership is very slow to adopt new solutions to anything that is not seen as a priority by them. This tends to lead to reactiveness vs. proactiveness.

      Thanks for your post! I'm so glad you love it here--me, too! But you're right--it's not a culture fit for everyone. It's a high energy and high expectation place, which can be intimidating to some. And thank you for the feedback about leadership being reactive vs. proactive to pitched solutions to problems.
