      Pros

      I have never worked for a company who valued me and my skill set as much as Populus Group before. I truly love coming to work everyday and value the partnerships I've made, in this fun and supportive environment. I would never want to work anywhere else.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing. I am encouraged to speak up and give feedback. I feel supported in my role. I work hard but am way less stressed. There is an actual work life balance. This is the company I have been waiting for.

      More process training support when you embrace your role.
