      Pros

      I have only worked at Populus for 4 months but my opinion and thoughts matter. I feel like I really have a voice and it is incomparable to anywhere else I have ever worked.

      Cons

      With all the construction, the traffic is rough in the morning.

      Pros

      There is a ton of open communication. If you work hard and are a genuine person, you will go places! There's plenty of opportunities to network and learn from others across the ecosystem. There is no hierarchy or egotistical mindset, leadership and management are so open and you can challenge ideas and ask questions about anything. It feels like a family environment here! It feels like a tight knit group where people genuinely care for one another and our personal and company goals. Treat yourself fund, personal development, mentor ship, all awesome perks!
