      Ability to find your right fit within the company, even if it's not where you started; Ability to get our of it what you put into it; The development opportunities are endless; Strong culture and sense of camaraderie between teams; Great place to show your individuality - opposing and diverse views are encouraged and accepted ; innovative and ahead of the curve for personal and extra benefits

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but while there are many different opportunities at Populus Group, you get what you put into it. You'll have to work hard to play hard, share your ideas, and speak up, but it's well worth it.

      Pros

      Co-owner Diego is very personable and is always willing to help you succeed in your personal career. He was very thorough with the process. He prepared me well for the interview questions. The office staff responds quickly to your requests and/or questions.

      Cons

      They seldom visit us onsite to see how we are doing.
