Pros

Coming from jobs that put an emphasis on creating and maintaining a positive company culture, I am always skeptical. Most places, in my experience, "culture" is just a facade. But not here! Everyone truly practices what they preach: management is humble and cares about employees; work-life balance not only exists, but is over-encouraged; we have so many awesome, uncommon perks of working here, like an expense account specifically for items for de-stressing and treating ourselves (massages, vacations, spa days, golfing, etc.); the list goes on! Aside from the culture, everyone here is encouraged and even expected to take control of their career and create opportunities to do what they want. The environment is also very candid, which I really enjoy as well. You'll receive direct feedback and help to improve. Everyone truly cares about making everyone around them better.

Cons

I can't think of anything personally that I'd consider a "con".

Pros

The culture within PG is exceptional. We have a Team 1 and Team 2 policy, Family being that Team 1. No matter the issue may be, family should always come first. This says a lot about the culture within the company. All climbers are given many opportunities to take control of our own professional development while also being provided the tools to do so.

Cons

There are some moments where it feels as though PG wants to say "yes" in order to make an individual or client happy without really making sure everything is set. This does cause a lot of back and forth to make sure everything and everyone is on the same page but starts to be a bit time-consuming. Of course everything cannot be perfect from the jump, but some of the smaller components should be figured out.

Thanks for posting! And we're glad your experience here is overall positive. Regarding your feedback about saying "yes" too quickly--thanks for this. We're a fast-paced company with a focus on great service--slowing down isn't our strongest quality, but we want to get better at it. Feedback like yours will help reinforce the need to do so. Thanks again!

Pros

The people and culture at PG is unlike any other company. The company offers great healthcare benefits and a generous amount of PTO. There is a huge emphasis put on work life balance, and the company provides great flexibility for mothers.

Cons

Technology is a little older and not the best.
