      Pros

      Everyone I talked to was always very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      We both signed a contract that included overtime pay, and they tried to underpay me by saying that the numbers in the contract "should have been different" and that it was a mistake, but that there was nothing they could do to fix it.

      Good Experience, dealing with a lot of engineering concepts and oversees the whole operation

      Cons

      Low paying rate. lots of responsibility for one engineer to handle. sometimes is very overwhelming
