Pros

Work-life balance is top notch here. If you need something for your family, it comes first. Work is expected to be done and they give autonomy to do it, but that doesn't mean you can slack. Expect to grow and learn, if you are not improving self you are not going to be a long term employee here. Great benefits, open to change and willing to listen.

Cons

There is a bit of politics that can play too much with leadership. You need to learn to navigate it well and use your best judgement when to open up and to who. Don't expect top notch pay from the start, they strongly believe you need to earn it. I believe this is the area of improvement as Populus wants to draw top talent they need to increase starting comp to align.
