      Pros

      Steady paycheck, not a whole lot expected of you. It's a good first job out of college, which it was for me.

      Cons

      Recruiting is not for me, very monotonous and uninteresting. Also the office space can wear on you as it's very cramped.

      Pros

      For me working through Populus group to consult for another company was a good experience. The company did not add a lot of baggage but simply collected employment information and processed my hours and deposited payroll.

      Cons

      Remote support is not always ideal. Sometimes you need someone to talk to immediately.
