      Pros

      I'm currently an internal employee at Populus Group and could not imagine myself leaving any time soon. I've learned more about myself working at Populus Group than in all of my past positions combined due to the leadership and the culture created here. Populus Group offers it's employees many unique benefits and opportunities to create their own career path. The Executive Leadership team is approachable and they genuinely care about your success as an employee and individual. If you're not successful at Populus Group, you're not doing something right.

      Populus Group: Not just a job, but rather a company who invests in each individual's strengths, interests, and goals to build a career. At it's core, everyone should have a chance to succeed, and Populus Group takes the time to understand what success means to each employee and how they can help lead you to success. The company is always appreciative to both positive and negative feedback to help shape and build it's culture and employees.

      Pros

      Working at Populus Group started as a paycheck but evolved into something much more. Once I found my way into the right role, I was able to create opportunities for myself very quickly to advance. The investments in one's development are available; you must be self-motivated to use them. When Populus Group does well, its employees feel the benefits.
