      Fraud company for H1B holders

      Recruiters communicate politly to hire resources

      Cons

      - This company doesnt have many direct clients and they work through a third party (TekSystem) hence large cut of resource's salary goes to TekSystem direct from client - Internal team which handles visa related cases for employees is very poor and not polite at all - They do not give information clearly about finance or visa to employees - Lacks in providing required documents to USCIS which results in lot of visa rejections from this company. Check the Website for their total rejections in Visa - Charge fees from employees for doing any visa related work - Recruiters simply stop taking calls from employees who falls into visa expiration or extension related issues or difficulties

      not the best place to work

      Pros

      Populus will give you decent experience working over the phone and the hiring process is relatively straight forward and good for people with minimal experience.

      Cons

      The work is very repetitive and gets boring. The interviews are scripted and you have pretty much zero ability to have a flowing conversation with the interviewee.

      BSA role with Populus Group

      Pros

      The immigration team is good for candidates on h1b. Any paperwork or document needed, they provide full support

      Cons

      In case your project is over and you do not find another one immediately, they will withdraw your h1b and leave you out of status. They do not do any kind of marketing. Also tek systems say that this is their sister company and you will be full time etc etc. but this is a preferred vendor to tek systems like any other vendor. Overall not recommended for candidates on H1b.
