Has to be said - check out the titles of the reviewers. Most of the positive reviews are from the contractors, not the folks PG employs to work at PG. Exceedingly poor compensation - to the point that it is freely discussed how terrible the pay is. It is one of the things PG is known for. Unrealistic workload - most workers gave their all to deliver exceptional customer service. However, the company expects you to hold the same standards while adding more and more work. Forget work/life balance. Folks work the extra hours because they care about their contractors and teammates. Leadership takes advantage of that. It is shameful. The good managers understand the struggle, the... not so great ones use these unrealistic goals and expectations to demean you. You are put under a microscope and even the slightest mis-step is called out. This company doesn't set you up for success. The training people are wonderful but they simply aren't equipped with the role specific knowledge or the resources to do an effective job. Leadership talks a lot about the culture, trust, transparency. There is a lot of talk about side hustles and idea labs to promote discussion on how to improve processes or do something a little different. I have no doubt that the CEO is genuine in his vision, but it seems that leadership is just doing the "smile and wave" bit.
