      Pros

      I work as a contractor for another company. The most I’ve worked with them, being a remote worker, is the initial setup and maybe a reminder to submit my timesheet.

      Cons

      The only con is , if something is changed in the company, no one tells you anything. Like the way PTO is submitted. But they always steer you in the right direction.
