      Decent pay Good support from Immigration team for H1 transfer .Got approved for 3 years! Started GC process from Day1 Full time attorneys to support immigration concerns Weekly pay

      Health insurance is expensive No 401K match Only 5 days PTO but they are flexible to take anytime

      Culture is very caring (generally).

      Cons

      There are too many "perks." They are seemingly present to negate the need for higher salaries. The volume to pay ratio is also very unbalanced. These both appear to be part of how the structure of the organization was designed.
