      Pros

      This company has a Great culture and management overall. Really excited about getting and giving and feedback and for the most part transparent. The ability to figure out your niche in the company with a little free reign.

      Cons

      Unfortunately as a recruiter it can be challenging. For example, we mostly focus on sub vending. That being said, spread is not optional per placement as well as a poor commission structure which makes it easier to entertain competing offers.

      Shift premium is offered if you work "off hours"

      Cons

      Benefits, employees, attitude, no accountability. Unable to provide any support to their contract employees. Have been sued several times for violating employment law.
