      Pros

      The only reason I took this job is because it was a contract position at my dream company, doing amazing job duties.

      Cons

      - No 401K match - No PTO - No paid holidays (and the Friday before Memorial Day & Labor day is unpaid) - Very expensive health insurance. I paid $420 a month for just myself. I never have a co-pay… but still. Ridiculous price.

      Pros

      Incredible people and co-workers Leadership that listens Focused on DEI&B Ability to traverse anywhere within the company Benefits that reflect company values of Family prioritization

      Cons

      While there are "negatives" to any role: Difficult Conversations, Workflow Adjustments, etc. In my time at PG I've found them to be a company that is at least looking for the ways to improve. I can't fault any company who's trying to genuinely improve.
