Pros
If you are interested in HR and Payroll but have no experience this could be a good place to get your foot in the door as long as you know what you are getting into
Cons
They over work employees and take advantage of people with limited office experience not knowing their worth. Hard work will get you more work and nothing else. Payroll has a steep learning curve but is very high turnover so if you are there more than a year you will find yourself taking over more accounts for months at a time to compensate for people that left but you will not be compensated for the extra work
