      Populus Group preaches culture, but doesn't live up to it. The work you put in is never enough to satisfy management.

      Good for HR Foundation but Nothing Else.

      Pros

      Decent perks (taken away during covid), working remotely, decent foundation for an HR career but don’t expect to grow here.

      Cons

      They rant and rave about giving and receiving candid feedback, then use it against you. Pay is terrible in comparison to what you truly do. Job description is NOT what you do on a day to day. Expect to always be overwhelmed, over worked and under appreciated.

      None, they supposed to pay more than other vendors. Your sanity has more value.

      • Delay paychecks • Poor communication (only responsive when in trouble) • No 401K match • Have poor health plan • No vacation • 3 sick days • No holidays
