      The pay rate is excellent

      Cons

      The staff are like robots and cold. The young ladies answering my questions about benefits talk fast and answers clipped. I did not want to stay on the line with them. Some of the ones I talked to were offputting.

      Amazing work culture and employee development opportunities. The company takes a lot of pride in their "climbers" and it shows!
