      Pros

      The company has an awesome vibe and culture and value team 1, which is family. Awesome learning experience working with talent who need various Visa sponsorship and for Immigration process knowledge on top of recruiting.

      Could do a better job of establishing direct access to client rather being a sub vendor Could have a better structure

      Office clique like environment works you like a slave with extra work thrown at all you unannounced.
