      Pros

      Great Immigration Support, they are prompt in responding to your concerns. They have great support for systems in place even if you work client location all the time. My POC was prompt to help with any issues or concerns and help me asap. They have a wide range of benefits which was helpful.

      Cons

      Expensive Premium for medical plans and no contributions to 401k.

      tight knit and candid community allows for a safe place to speak, be heard, and share ideas and opinions. Strong encouragement of internal promotion

      lacking flexibility, low pay, difficult to switch service lines if interested in a different role

      Pros

      The best pro right now is that my liver can take a break from all the fake schmoozing. I have learned how to message to a large team to get them to believe what I want and to later blame them. Once the newness and fun wears off it is easy to see how the leadership team uses trust and fun to get you to go along with whatever the flavor of the month is. I have learned how to put down others in order to stay in a higher position.

      Cons

      Lots of politics. Stop keeping people in leadership positions that just blame the team. Get people who actually know what they are doing and actually care about what they are doing. We have seen most of the good climbers leave. Trust is broken and it won't be repaired from all the things that have happened over the last year.
