      They threatened to revoke visa during job transition of 2 days .

      Pros

      They do Pay on time.

      Cons

      They can’t search for jobs , they are mostly like a payroll company . They threaten to revoke your visas if you can’t get a new project / job within a day of your old project . No response once you quit . Very arrogant HR . Request all visa based employees not to join this company at any cost . They have very bad health insurance that doesn’t cover anything and costs a premium .

      Pros

      Onboarding process was hassle free. Regular pay schedule. Good immigration team. No major issues so far. Overall it's a good experience.

      Cons

      Reaching out to HR is difficult at times mostly because they work in different time zones. Benefits are not great.

      Pros

      Appreciate the fact that I can speak my opinion without fearing getting in trouble or being looked down upon (when done respectfully of course) unlike many corporate companies!

      Cons

      unfortunately the pay is not good compared to other companies where I would be doing the same thing, but the work/life balance outweighs that for me at this time
