      Pros

      Relationship with peers goes beyond work, flexibility.

      Cons

      Will be expected to do other people’s job / more work without compensation, most people aren’t held accountable, most managers are clueless and just got lucky, not willing to invest in employees adequately, always “smoke in mirrors”, Willing to lose key / impactful people and replace them with people out of college for cheaper

      Good for HR Foundation but Nothing Else.

      Pros

      Decent perks (taken away during covid), working remotely, decent foundation for an HR career but don’t expect to grow here.

      Cons

      They rant and rave about giving and receiving candid feedback, then use it against you. Pay is terrible in comparison to what you truly do. Job description is NOT what you do on a day to day. Expect to always be overwhelmed, over worked and under appreciated.
