Cons
Very poor management and an unprofessional, often rude approach toward colleagues. The environment is overly informal in a way that feels disrespectful, and the commissions they promise are unrealistic—you won’t see them because the numbers are consistently low due to their bad reputation in WA. The A&D community barely knows the brand because the team turns over constantly, all caused by the management style.
