Too many managers who love to wonder why sales are low Having to work in the showrooms during the holidays. Can't take time off during Thanksgiving or Easter holidays. Monthly meetings with the owners asking how you can increase sales. Too much pressure from too many managers. You're just a number to them. They only care about numbers. Stopped stocking materials at their warehouses and if your client paid to ship items from Spain then they say they can sell it to other customers and your customer has to wait 12 more weeks to get materials again. Smh. And no opportunity to move up. They mostly hire men in management positions.
