      Great environment, pretty good upward mobility, super personable management

      Cons

      confusing commission structure, confusing product training, benefits are okay but a company of this size should have tuition reimbursement, pretty bad freight & lead-time that can make sales reps appear unprofessional to clients, pay is okay but it could be better
