great products. high quality. there are 8 factories, so lots of products to learn about. factory direct, so you control a lot of the distribution process.
Cons
base salary is low for the industry. management is unorganized. they expect you to do the work of a customer service rep and project manager as well. outside sales has to help during the spring and fall sales periods. fall sale is over thanksgiving, so it interferes with family time.
