Collaborating with Porcelanosa has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my design career. My DM is very supportive and gives great direction through virtual communication. She gives us creative space and all the tools we need to take initiative during the design process. I feel very well supported. It's been one of the only jobs I've had where I actually get a good Work-life balance. The environment is friendly and fun.
