      Pros

      There really aren't any pros unless you are Spanish

      Cons

      A very male driven company with managers from Spain. You are just a number to the owner who you are supposed to fear. They get rid of valuable employees and have done so recently. Not employee friendly at all. Managers do whatever they want while all other employees are working endlessly.

      Great products, amazing literature, state of the art software being rolled out in 2015

      Cons

      5 out of 8 factories are very lacking in communication stateside with end users on large projects when it counts. Sylvestre is the owner that runs the U.S. Market and his expectations are unreasonable and he runs the company like a communist country dictator. This private held Spanish company operates like the U.S. Market is Spain and refuses to fully integrate to the American market.
